
Qualifying for a Student Visa
To be granted a student visa you must satisfy the visa requirements and comply with a number of visa conditions for attendance and academic performance which come into effect after you have entered US. The F1 visa is a nonimmigrant visa for international students who are qualified to attend a full course of study at colleges, universities, conservatories, academic high schools and institutions with language-training programs in the U.S., applicants must demonstrate that they properly meet student visa requirements including:

- Intend to depart from the United States upon completion of the course of study;
- Possess sufficient funds to pursue the proposed course of study.
